Terms of service

All trade customers must set up an account with us. Once approved you may place an order online. All new accounts are invoiced on a pro-forma basis. For existing customers payment will be due 30 days from the date of invoice.

For UK customers, carriage paid on orders over £125.

VAT is 20 per cent on all UK orders and will be added at the checkout.

Payment must be made in UK sterling.

We reserve the right to apply a 2.5% interest charge on late payments.

Orders

We reserve the right, having accepted an order in good faith, to reclaim administrative costs due to unwarranted, erroneous or misleading order information that is wholly the responsibility of the client.

Retention of title and risk

All goods remain the property of Earlybird Designs Ltd until payment is made in full although the risk passes to the purchaser on delivery. If the purchaser fails to pay for the goods on the due date or commits any act of bankruptcy, or in the case of a company if any resolution is passed or petition to wind up the company is made, or if a receiver is appointed of the purchasers undertaking, Earlybird Designs Ltd shall be entitled (without prejudice to any other remedy available) to recover possession of the goods at any time from the purchaser and for that purpose its servants or agents may enter upon any land or buildings of the customer upon which the goods are situated to effect recovery without let or hindrance.

Copyright in images rests with the designers concerned. Design copyright rests with Earlybird Designs Ltd. Reproduction of any product or image without our express permission in writing is strictly prohibited.

Damages/shortages

We strive to make sure you receive everything in tip top condition. However if for some reason you have received damaged goods or something is missing please contact us immediately on 01227 765372 (and within 7 days of delivery) so that we can put it right. Please take photos of any damages for our reference and email them to us dom@earlybirddesigns.co.uk. Any returns must be approved in writing, please call 01227 765372 to discuss.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY POLICY

At Earlybird Designs we don't believe in messing around with your data. We will only ever use the information we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act including the General Data Protection Regulation updates which came into effect May 28th 2018.
When you buy something from us the only details we request, and hold on our system, are your name and address. Without these we wouldn't be able to deliver you goods or offer you an efficient after-sales service. We NEVER share this information with anyone. It is purely for use in connection with your order.
When you sign up to an account the same information is requested along with an email and a telephone number should you wish to provide it. Again this information is purely for us to provide you with an efficient service and is never shared with any third parties.

If you choose to sign up to our Newsletter - thank you. In return we promise never to send you more than three emails a month and to never pass your information on to any third parties.

We use Google Analytics in order to help us understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics provides us with random information on how our website is used. This information is hugely appre
