Refund policy

We really hope you're happy with your purchase from us. If for some reason you are not, please contact us heidi@earlybirddesigns.co.uk to advise us that you are returning the goods for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in it's original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Postage will not be refunded. We advise that you get proof of posting when returning an item as a full refund cannot be given until the items have been received by us. Once the item has been received by us we will notify you of your refund.

Sale items are non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that the items returned to us are in a damaged state and re-saleable, we reserve the right not to provide a refund. You will be responsible for the postage cost of the items being returned to you within 28 days. You statutory rights are not affected.
